| The Senior Citizen Home is located at the back of the property on a slightly raised portion of the land site. The Home provides a more tranquil and quiet place for the seniors, which are greatly desired by the occupants. The Home includes individual rooms as well as common areas for community activities, relaxing, walking about, and entertainment. There are washrooms, exercise rooms, medical facilities, and other services. Ceiling fans are used for cooling, and the open design allows for fresh air and a pleasant breeze. Much like the rest of the facility, the Senior Citizen Home is kept very clean and secure, and is staffed with special attendants to cater to the needs of the elderly. The bathing areas are also designed to meet the special needs of senior citizens residing in the Home.
